Day 5

Still alive.
Still adhering to Keto.
Still fighting....

It's been five fucking days, not 5 years.

Yes, I'm being overly dramatic...

And I still want a fucking croissant!

Today I didn't actually have an appetite.

Breakfast-
Starbucks 7G
P3 2G

Lunch-
2 Egg, cheese, and ham scramble. 3G

Dinner-
Hard boiled egg 0G
Turkey breast 0G
sugar free Jell-O 0G
Beef Jerky 1G
Peanut butter 4G

Under 20G of sugar today

Angry Midget?
Not a clue.
He didn't drink his coffee, had a scramble for lunch with me so 2G, P3 I think for 2G, and grilled chicken breast with roasted garlic green beans.

Lots of water, of course.

Lots and lots of water.

Peeing every 20 mins at night.

Good times.

Overall, doing good.
I'm fighting the urge to get into the ice cream in the freezer. Fighting the urge to sink my teeth into the candybars in the fridge.  Fighting the urge to crawl into an ice bath (it's 105 fucking degrees right now) with a pint of Ben and Jerry's and a vanilla Coke.

Crawling into bed with a book. Can't even think to write or research anything... I just want to pass out with a book in hand.
